3. Cookies used by this site
Technical cookies (necessary). Essential for the operation of the site: session cookies, language preference, and technical cookies of the caching system (LiteSpeed) that optimises performance. They cannot be disabled and do not require consent.
Measurement and personalisation tools (subject to consent). With your consent to the “Experience and measurement” category we use Google Analytics 4 (cookies _ga, _ga_*) to measure traffic, and an internal personalisation system that stores a visitor identifier, an interest score and your preferred content in your browser, to adapt the ecosystem’s content to your interests. Without your consent these tools remain inactive.
Marketing tools (subject to consent). With your consent to the “Marketing” category we use Meta Pixel (cookie _fbp) for advertising purposes and Klaviyo onsite tracking (cookie __kla_id), linked to the newsletter.
Customer support. The support (chat) widget stores a technical identifier in your browser to keep the conversation going. This is functional technical storage and is not used for profiling without your consent.
